the customer on this form and will not be responsible for improper fitting. Payment in full, in the form
of bank check, money order, or wire transfer, is required before materials are ordered and work on mertails is
started. Customer's signature on this order form and receipt of payment serves as authorization to
commence. Please use caution when swimming in mertails. Customer agrees to hold harmless The Mertailor, Eric Ducharme for any accidents which may occur while wearing his mertails. Mertails and all other creations such as tops are The Mertailor's original creation, customer agrees to give full and proper credit to The Mertailor Eric Ducharme in any publications and or productions. Due to the nature of these products, our mermaid tails or tops are non-returnable items and are considered a type of undergarment. Discoloration of materials that might occur while swimming in tails in any type of water is customers fault due to the chemicals that person might or might not use in his or hers own private swimming area.
